Candida is palatable robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml cognac merlet exclusive and 30ml anisette with 30ml cream as well as 10ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Rest and shake well and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
