5 Hour Brunch is flavoursome strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka and 15ml vermouth bianco la quintinye with 15ml apricot liqueur giffard as well as 5ml lime juice including 5ml sugar syrup also 5ml vinegar champagne together with 30ml pineapple juice and 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
