Absinthe Chill is delightful heavy cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml absinthe and 30ml benedictine with 10ml bitters angostura as well as 30ml water including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with anise and wormwood and served in a saucer glass cold.
