Absinthe Fizz is bracing quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml absinthe xenta and 30ml lemon juice with 10ml anise syrup as well as 30ml soda water including 290ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add rest of ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and top with soda and garnish with a sprig of wormwood and served in a highball glass cold.
