Lemon Juice

Sugar Syrup
30ml
Soda Water
290ml
Ice
Wormwood
Method
  1. Fill glass with ice to chill.
  2. Add rest of ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.
  6. Top with soda.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of wormwood.
