Absinthe Italian Style is flavoursome heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml absinthe les fils and 30ml anisette with 30ml water as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and pour red cherry liqueur into center of glass and served in a martini glass cold.
