Absinthe Sour is tart heavy cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml absinthe mythe and 30ml lemon juice with 15ml maidenhair syrup as well as 10ml egg white including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well until fluffy. Strain into glass and garnish with small sprig of wormwood and served in a saucer glass cold.
