Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Rest
  5. Once again shake well until frothy.
  6. Strain into glass.

Absinthe Suissesse is tasty heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml absinthe and 20ml anice liqueur baitz with 10ml bitters angostura as well as 10ml creme de menthe green bardinet including 20ml egg white also 10ml lemon juice together with 100ml ice and best with salad. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Rest and once again shake well until frothy and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
