Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Sprinkle with a little roasted shreddded coconut.
  6. Very Palatable

Acapulcoco is very palatable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila gold and 15ml coffee liqueur with 15ml rum dark as well as 20ml coconut cream including 20ml coconut milk also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and sprinkle with a little roasted shreddded coconut and served in a saucer glass cold.
