Acid Cookie Dipper is scrummy full bodied cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 20ml peppermint liqueur and 20ml whisky cream with 15ml butterscotch liqueur as well as 15ml rum 151 proof cruzan including 30ml cream also 100ml ice together with 50ml biscuit chocolate chip and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and serve on a doily plate and add side serve of biscuits for dipping and served in a saucer glass cold.
