Acqua di Fiore is heavenly smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 45ml vermouth dry cocchi and 45ml tonic water with 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into glass then pour in measure of vermouth and top with tonic water and garnish with lemon peel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
