Method
  1. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Pour ingredients into glass.
  4. Add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste.
  5. Float cream on top.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
