Method
  1. Make a crepe and spread with redcurrent jelly roll and thread onto a skewer.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass, less amarula cream.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Pour amarula cream to center of glass.
  6. Serve crepe on side with cocktail fork.

Africaine Crepe is smaakvol robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml van der hum and 30ml mampoer schoemanati with 10ml amarula cream as well as 30ml redcurrant juice including 10ml sugar syrup gelatin and best with dessert type dishes. Just make a crepe and spread with redcurrent jelly roll and thread onto a skewer then add ingredients to mixing glass, less amarula cream and stir well. Strain into glass and pour amarula cream to center of glass and serve crepe on side with cocktail fork and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
