Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Pour in half a nip of tsipouro.
  3. Add lemon soda.
  4. Top with strawberry cider.
  5. Garnish glass with a strawberry.
  6. Enjoyable

Aglaea is enjoyable medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 15ml tsipouro gatsios and 30ml lemon soda with 55ml strawberry cider as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in half a nip of tsipouro and add lemon soda. Top with strawberry cider and garnish glass with a strawberry and served in a highball glass cold.
