Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with orange zest and flick a little nutmeg on top.

Ajax is succulent heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin genever bols and 15ml brandy cherry with 10ml aperol as well as 10ml maraschino liqueur including 10ml vinegar balsamic also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Strain into glass and garnish with orange zest and flick a little nutmeg on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
