  1. Add bitter and syrup to glass.
  2. Add dubonnet.
  3. Add champagne.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Alfonso Champagne is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml dubonnet blanc and 50ml champagne with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml bitters and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add bitter and syrup to glass then add dubonnet and add champagne and garnish with a lemon twist and served in a flute glass cold.
