Vermouth Dry

10ml

Kummel Liqueur

100ml

Ice

35% Alcohol By Volume

70 Proof

2.8 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Fortifying Tonic

Gin Piquant Hellfire piquant hellfire gin piquant combines the traditional botanicals of london dry gin with tasmanian mountain pepper berries leaf lemon myrtle leaf and lemon grass.

Gin Piquant Hellfire

Vermouth Dry dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Kummel Liqueur kummel is a colourless liqueur and made with caraway seeds and cummin.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Allies is fortifying tonic heavy cocktail at 2.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin piquant hellfire and 30ml vermouth dry with 10ml kummel liqueur as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
