Method
  1. Add soffen almonds to glass.
  2. Add ice to mixing glass.
  3. Add almond liqueur pulp and cream to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. And a side serve of almond biscuits for dipping and serve on a doily plate.
  7. Garnish with parfait amour.
