Method
  1. Add soffen almonds to glass.
  2. Add ice to mixing glass.
  3. Add almond liqueur pulp and cream to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. And a side serve of almond biscuits for dipping and serve on a doily plate.
  7. Garnish with parfait amour.

Almond Flower Dipper is delicious full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml parfait amour giffard and 45ml almond liqueur with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice including 20ml almond pulp and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add soffen almonds to glass then add ice to mixing glass and add almond liqueur pulp and cream to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass and and a side serve of almond biscuits for dipping and serve on a doily plate and garnish with parfait amour and served in a martini glass cold.
