Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with almond syrup.

Almond Joy is scrummy above average cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 20ml creme de almond and 20ml rum coconut bacardi with 20ml creme de cacao brown mcguinness as well as 50ml cream including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with almond syrup and served in a saucer glass cold.
