Amanatsu After Noon is tarty robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml amanatsu juice and 45ml vodka bluebird with 15ml amanatsu syrup as well as 10ml bitters grapefruit abc including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients, less bitters. Shake well and strain over ice and garnish with amanatsu peel and a dash of bitters and served in a saucer glass cold.
