  1. Using the glass cut two bits of chocolate cake.
  2. Add one slice of cake to glass.
  3. Sprinkle in dark rum.
  4. Pour in caramel syrup.
  5. Add next slice of chocolate cake.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate liqueur on top.
  7. Add a little thick chocolate syrup.
  8. Little whipped cream on top.
  9. Place toasted almonds on top.
  10. Delectable

Amandine is delectable average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum dark aisling and 30ml chocolate liqueur brown besos de oro with 15ml chocolate syrup as well as 15ml caramel syrup including 85ml cake chocolate and best with dessert type dishes. Just using the glass cut two bits of chocolate cake then add one slice of cake to glass and sprinkle in dark rum. Pour in caramel syrup and add next slice of chocolate cake and sprinkle chocolate liqueur on top then add a little thick chocolate syrup and little whipped cream on top and place toasted almonds on top and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
