Amaretto Sunrise Cocktail

Ingredients

Amaretto Liqueur Caffo

60ml

Orange Juice

10ml

Grenadine

190ml

Ice

9% Alcohol By Volume

0.7 Standard Drinks

Method - Poured - Cold

Add grenadine to glass.
Add ice.
Add amaretto.
Top with orange juice.
Garnish with round orange wheel.

Amaretto Liqueur Caffo caffo amaretto is distillers at caffo produced this all natural amaretto from sicilian almonds and macerated it in an herbal infusion.

Amaretto Liqueur Caffo

Orange Juice orange juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Grenadine grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Amaretto Sunrise is finger licking medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaretto liqueur caffo and 60ml orange juice with 10ml grenadine as well as 190ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just add grenadine to glass then add ice and add amaretto. Top with orange juice and garnish with round orange wheel and served in a highball glass cold.
