Ambrosia is moreish strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml apple liqueur gabriel boudier and 15ml brandy with 15ml orange liqueur as well as 15ml lemon juice including 40ml sparkling wine white also 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less sparkling wine and shake well. Strain into glass and finish with sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
