Method
  1. Cut two circles of semonlna cake.
  2. Place cake into bottom of glass.
  3. Sprinkle greek brandy over cake.
  4. Add thin layer of toasted almonds.
  5. Sprinkle a little almond syup on top.
  6. Add another layer of cake.
  7. Drizzle ouzo over cake.
  8. Add another layer of toasted almonds.
  9. Add quenelle of ice cream and spoon.
  10. Palatable

Amygdalopita is palatable average cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml tsikoudia paradise and 15ml ouzo tirnavos with 15ml almond liqueur as well as 15ml almond syrup including 100ml cake semolina and best with lunch. Just cut two circles of semonlna cake then place cake into bottom of glass and sprinkle greek brandy over cake. Add thin layer of toasted almonds and sprinkle a little almond syup on top and add another layer of cake then drizzle ouzo over cake and add another layer of toasted almonds and add quenelle of ice cream and spoon and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
