Anchovy Lover is piatti gustosi quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml anchovy and 45ml ouzo jivaeri with 10ml lemon juice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just stick anchovies around rim, hanging over the edge of the glass then add one ripe olive into bottom of glass and pour ouzo into glass. Float lemon juice, on top of ouzo and serve with fork on a plate with cocktail bread and served in a sherry glass at room temperature.
