Andalusian Egg is fortifying robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy plum pecsetes and 10ml benedictine with 10ml rum as well as 10ml sherry including 10ml bitters orange also 20ml orange juice together with 20ml carrot juice and 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with small baby carrot and served in a saucer glass cold.
