Antibes is piquant very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin and 15ml benedictine with 30ml grapefruit juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Strain into glass and garnish with grapefruit segments and served in a martini glass cold.
