Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add bitters to the edge of glass.
  3. Add apfelkorn to glass.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

Apfelkorn Highball is ambrosian full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml apple liqueur apfelkorn and 10ml bitters with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add apfelkorn to glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a twist of lemon zest and served in a highball glass cold.
