Method
  1. Cut apple into parmentier and add to glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Add apple brandy.
  4. Add sugar syrup.
  5. Add soda water.
  6. Top with port wine.
  7. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Apple Sangaree is glorious sangria strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy apple and 10ml apple syrup with 30ml soda water as well as 30ml port wine including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just cut apple into parmentier and add to glass then fill glass with ice and add apple brandy. Add sugar syrup and add soda water and top with port wine and garnish with grated nutmeg and served in a highball glass cold.
