Apple Sour is zesty full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy apple calvados and 15ml apple liqueur dr mcgillicuddys with 20ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 15ml egg white also 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and put ice cubes into shaker. Vigorously shake until frothy and strain into glass and garnish with a little apple and served in a saucer glass cold.
