Method
  1. Cut two rounds of cake.
  2. Add one to bottom of glass.
  3. Sprinkle in cinnamon and walnut liqueur.
  4. Add apple pulp.
  5. Push in next layer of cake.
  6. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on cake.
  7. Splash apple liqueur on top.
  8. Garnish with apple.

Applesauce Cake is freshening medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml apple liqueur and 15ml cinnamon liqueur with 15ml walnut liqueur as well as 30ml apple pulp including 100ml cake oatmeal and best with morning tea snacks. Just cut two rounds of cake then add one to bottom of glass and sprinkle in cinnamon and walnut liqueur. Add apple pulp and push in next layer of cake and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on cake then splash apple liqueur on top and garnish with apple and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
