Method
  1. Add apricot liqueur to glass.
  2. Float cream on top.
  3. Best with warm apricot donut.
  4. Garnish with light sprinkle of silver sugar, just to sweeten the cream.

Just add apricot liqueur to glass then float cream on top and best with warm apricot donut and garnish with light sprinkle of silver sugar, just to sweeten the cream and served in a sherry glass at room temperature.
