Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Add apricot brandy to glass.
  3. Add lemon to glass.
  4. Fill glass with ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with squeezed lemon wedge.

Apricot Buck is finger licking average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy apricot cluesener and 60ml ginger ale soda with 10ml lemon juice as well as 190ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just add ice to glass then add apricot brandy to glass and add lemon to glass. Fill glass with ginger ale and garnish with squeezed lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
