Method
  1. Add ice to blender.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until grainy.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with apricot.

Apricot Colada is flavourful average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml apricot liqueur wildbrumby and 30ml rum light white with 30ml coconut cream as well as 20ml apricot pulp including 30ml pineapple juice also 20ml apricot syrup together with 80ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until grainy. Pour into glass and garnish with apricot and served in a poco grande glass cold.
