Apricot Cooler is delectable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy apricot r jelinek and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml grenadine as well as 10ml bitters including 20ml creaming soda brown also 20ml lemon soda together with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just spiral the peel of a whole lemon then rub peel around rim of glass and hold part of peel outside glass. Add ice and add apricot brandy, and pour in lemon juice bitters and grenadine then top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
