Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Serve on a doily plate.
  6. Add side serve of sponge biscuits for dipping and dried apricot.

Apricot Dipper is dainty average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml apricot liqueur wildbrumby and 15ml orange liqueur with 30ml cream as well as 20ml apricot juice including 100ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and serve on a doily plate and add side serve of sponge biscuits for dipping and dried apricot and served in a saucer glass cold.
