Method
  1. Cut apricot into parmentier and add to glass.
  2. Pack ice into glass.
  3. Add apricot brandy.
  4. Add sugar syrup.
  5. Add soda.
  6. Top with port wine.
  7. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Apricot Sangaree is smakelijke sangria strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy apricot and 10ml apricot syrup monin with 30ml soda water as well as 30ml port wine porto ferreira including 190ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just cut apricot into parmentier and add to glass then pack ice into glass and add apricot brandy. Add sugar syrup and add soda and top with port wine and garnish with grated nutmeg and served in a highball glass cold.
