Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add grenadine to sides of glass.
  3. Add apricot brandy.
  4. Add gin.
  5. Top with lemon soda.

Arctic Summer is succulent robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin big tree and 30ml brandy apricot mcguinness with 10ml grenadine as well as 30ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add grenadine to sides of glass and add apricot brandy. Add gin and top with lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
