Method
  1. Pack ice into glass with half cut grapes.
  2. Add pisco.
  3. Add sugar syrup.
  4. Add soda.
  5. Top with port wine.
  6. Garnish with grapes.

Arequipa Sangaree is bewitching sangria quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml pisco black harmans and 10ml sugar syrup with 30ml soda water as well as 30ml port wine including 190ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just pack ice into glass with half cut grapes then add pisco and add sugar syrup. Add soda and top with port wine and garnish with grapes and served in a highball glass cold.
