Method
  1. Place shot of baiju into vold glass.
  2. Add shot of baijiu spirits.
  3. Splash in a little feijoa juice.
  4. Add french champagne to glass.

Ascent Of Monney is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml baijiu guojiao and 15ml feijoa juice with 70ml champagne and best with lunch. Just place shot of baiju into vold glass then add shot of baijiu spirits and splash in a little feijoa juice. Add french champagne to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
