Avocado Cake is revivifying light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml whisky cream and 30ml honey liqueur with 30ml avocado pulp as well as 30ml cream including 100ml cake plain and best with dessert type dishes. Just cut two cake slice rounds then add one round into glass and pour in honey liqueur. Add layer of avocado pulp and place cake on top of avocado and sprinkle whisky cream on top then toast almonds and add to top and sprinkle a little dark honey on top and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
