Baijiu Crustas is delightful shaojiu robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml baijiu guojiao and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 10ml bitters sorghum as well as 45ml mandarin juice including 100ml ice and served with or for breakfast.
