Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add bitters to the edge of glass.
  3. Add baijiu to glass.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with mandarin wedge.

Baijiu Highball is glorious shaojiu average cocktail at 0.9 standard drinks. Built with 30ml baijiu wuliangye and 30ml mandarin juice with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add baijiu to glass. Top with soda water and garnish with mandarin wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
