Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients, less salt and peel.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Salt rim of glass.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with pomelo peel.
  7. Tart Shaojiu

Baijiu Margarita is tart shaojiu robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml baijiu yanghe haizhilan and 30ml tequila blanco with 30ml pomelo juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients, less salt and peel and shake well. Salt rim of glass and strain into glass and garnish with pomelo peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
