Baijiu Tea is comestible shaojiu light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 210ml tea and 30ml baijiu national cellar 1573 with 10ml sesame syrup torani and best at tea time. Just brew tea then add baijiu and syrup to glass and add mandarin peel to glass. Top with warm tea then sprinkle sesame seeds on top and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with mandarin peel and served in a coffee glass warm.
