Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Add ingredients to warm mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into hot glass.
  5. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  6. Garnish with banana.

Banana Hot Butter Rum is lovely average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum black and 30ml banana liqueur with 10ml banana syrup monin as well as 20ml butter including 60ml water hot and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just warm glass then add ingredients to warm mixing glass and stir well. Strain into hot glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with banana and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
