Method
  1. Add ice to blender.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with blackcurrant.

Batidas Blackcurrent is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca sagatiba velha and 50ml blackcurrant juice with 50ml blackcurrant pulp as well as 10ml blackcurrant syrup torani including 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with blackcurrant and served in a goblet glass cold.
