Method
  1. Add ice to blender.
  2. Remove passion fruit seeds from pulp.
  3. Add all ingredients to blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into glass.
  6. Garnish with passion fruit.

Batidas Passion Fruit is appealing full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca and 50ml passion fruit juice with 50ml passion fruit pulp as well as 10ml passion fruit syrup including 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then remove passion fruit seeds from pulp and add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and pour into glass and garnish with passion fruit and served in a goblet glass cold.
