Method
  1. Add ice to blender.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with pear.

Batidas Pear is flavoursome full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca cana rio and 50ml pear juice with 50ml pear pulp as well as 10ml pear syrup including 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with pear and served in a goblet glass cold.
