Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Add chocolate liqueur to bottom of glass.
  3. Float coffee liqueur.
  4. Float cream on top.
  5. Luscious

Bavareisa is luscious quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml chocolate liqueur sabra and 30ml coffee liqueur flor de cana with 30ml cream and served with sweet dishes. Just warm glass then add chocolate liqueur to bottom of glass and float coffee liqueur. Float cream on top and served in a sherry glass at room temperature.
