Bavarian Coffee is glorious light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml peppermint schnapps and 30ml coffee liqueur merry widow with 190ml coffee brew and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then brew coffee and add all ingredients to warm glass, less shavings. Pour in warm coffee and add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with chocolate shavings and served in a coffee glass warm.
